This year the "commemorations" of '77 for his thirty years have left me indifferent. In order not to offend the memory of those tragic years nor their joyous memory I have carefully avoided (by a simple reader is clear) to participate in the orgy of editorial essays, and memories that have haunted the libraries budgets with their drawl of "AlacreativaDerivArmatistaMaoDadaismoetc.." After having abused as a schoolboy in love with all forms of subversion of boredom, injustice and hypocrisy that exists I think I'll be sick for years and if one day I will find out that my daughter / is incubating a myth or a historical and cultural that period would begin to be seriously concerned non che si "faccia" o "spari" ma che sia un tantinello cogliona/e.
Da brava formicuzza previdente quale sono invece mi sto preparando per l'anniversario del 1979 offrendovi queste due tavole di Pazienza che -per quanto mi consta- sono misteriosamente sfuggite ad ogni ristampa (il primo Glamour Book ne pubblicò una metà). Si tratta di una delle cose più belle che abbia mai letto di Pazienza e che ancora adesso si salva dalla nausea da indigestione che mi procurai con le opere del maestro. Oltre a cogliere e tradurre in segni il suo tempo "con la facilità di chi respira" (cfr.Sparagna, credo) Pazienza dimostra qui di aver sicuramente letto i Demoni (piccolo quiz) dando qualche appiglio alla mia convinzione that among the influences of Zanardi there is also the Stravogin Dostoevsky. Sorry for the philologist has brought her from stones and good vision ...
