Vasco Errani sit comfortably in the chair as President of Emilia Romagna. This was decided by the Civil Court of Bologna, dismissing the appeal brought by grillini against the third term of the governor.
There is a law of the state, in fact, 165 of July 2, 2004, which provides for "immediate rieleggibilità not at the end of the second consecutive term by the President of the Regional Council elected by universal suffrage and direct." Translation: no more than two consecutive terms. Regulations that apply to just the current governor of Emilia Romagna, but also the president of Lombardy, Roberto Formigoni.
Last July, in fact, the Milan Court of Appeal also rejected the boys Grillo, Formigoni leaving the chair of his fourth term.
Bologna were two appeals. One was submitted by the Movement five stars, with negative results, another radical Pannella-Bonino List, Monica Casali Mischiatti and Werther, however, postponed 11 October to formal defects.
"The question is simple, it is to see if a simple and deliberate inaction could lead to regional decline to apply a state law." These are the words of the statutory grillini, Giuseppe Enrico Berti, before the verdict. Words related to the fact that the law in question has not yet been transposed from Emilia-Romagna, as well as from Lombardy and Molise. "Already the Court of Milan - continued the lawyer - who also rejected the appeal, however, has clearly condemned the serious fault of our legal system. La decisione del Tribunale di Bologna è stata comunicata in aula al termine di una Camera di consiglio di 25 minuti. Mentre le motivazioni, fondamentali per poter analizzare la decisione, arriveranno più avanti.
Presenti i due consiglieri regionali del Movimento Cinque Stelle, Giovanni Favia e Andrea Defranceschi, i quali, durante la lettura della sentenza del giudice De Meo, staged a protest by submitting a grillino in suits with, on the face, a smiling mask of Errani, absent in the classroom. Evidentemente anche i giudici non vanno oltre”.
“La cosa curiosa – continua il legale – è che interviene sempre la Regione con i propri legali, qui come in Lombardia, come ci fosse un interesse pubblico a difendere una singola persona.
